On a daily 24 hrs basis they target and threaten me at my home. Just now they had someone honking their horn outside. This is done on a daily basis along with having individuals bang on walls or shoot pellets at my home. They send vehicles by to backfire from the car vehicle and/or rev their engine and honk their horn. This is coordinated with helicopters, planes doing loops and sirens paid for by the Dekalb county and Georgia taxpayers because often they use government vehicles. The other funding institutions include law firms and financial institutions such as Seyfarth, Jackson and xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
