Andre Foy now Internal sales director at Zacks Investments. No liability for his harassment at JNL

ZACKS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC. (CRD# 110897) now employs Andy. Andy Foy in black face pretending to be President Barack Obama. Andy and other individuals at Jackson made several sexist and/or racist comments to me or on the sales floor at Jackson that was allowed and tolerated by their executives, human resources department and counsel. On my last day in this hostile environment at Jackson National, Andy Foy handed me a ball by Blackrock the investment firm to read "BlackCock". They defaced the ball to have it read a derogatory comment and was throwing it around the sales floor. This included being thrown by desk director Patrick Halas that they sent to coordinate their harassment towards me at Jackson. I was faced with bullying, intimidation and harassment by several employees and executives at the firm including Corey Walker and James Bossert. Corey worked along with Greg Sodja, Jim and Greg Mahalich to carry out discrimination by Jackson instructed by Gregory Salsbury, Mike Wells and Clifford Jack.
