Why I Filed a FOIA Request with the FBI — Against the FBI Threat Liaisons Gangstalking Me and What Happened Immediately After

Yesterday, I submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). I did this because I have been subjected to a pattern of surveillance, harassment, and abuse for years, but what happened immediately after submitting that request made it clear — transparency is not only necessary, it’s urgent.

This is not just a paper trail. This is about my life, my safety, and the continued abuse of power by individuals operating under the shield of law enforcement.


🚨 What Prompted the FOIA Request


I submitted my original FOIA request on April 9, 2025, demanding the release of records that I believe document:

  • Surveillance and harassment targeting me


  • Use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) and Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) against me


  • Military helicopters flown over my home


  • Retaliation campaigns that include coordinated obstruction of employment


  • Communications between the FBI, GBI, and several law firms and corporate entities tied to Jackson National Life Insurance — the defendant in a long-standing EEOC case I am involved in.


The request was also based on documented gangstalking, electronic surveillance, and attempts to intimidate or silence me following my legal actions and attempts to report criminal activity.

I named names. I documented everything. I cited times, dates, addresses, and ongoing federal litigation. I demand accountability.


✉️ The GBI’s Intimidation Attempt


Before this FOIA request, in late 2024, I received an email from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), telling me to "cease and desist" from reporting what they described as non-criminal acts. These “non-criminal acts” included the very real daily physical assaults I've experienced using weaponized technology, surveillance tactics, and psychological warfare.

The message was loud and clear: Stop speaking. Stop reporting. Stop fighting.

I didn’t stop.


🔁 Immediate Retaliation After Filing the Request


Within hours of submitting documents to the court and then submitting a FOIA request, the retaliation escalated in ways I’ve seen before — just as aggressive, just as coordinated.

  • Eight military helicopters flew over my home in a single day, including timed flights at 2:43PM, 3:44PM, 3:50PM, and 6:26PM on April 9.


  • The use of Directed Energy Weapons resumed with increased intensity, resulting in physical pain and distress.


  • Surveillance and noise harassment escalated, clearly meant to intimidate me for daring to file that request.


This is why I’ve now submitted a second FOIA request — this one specifically demanding records of any retaliation, internal communications about my original request, and continued coordination with law enforcement or private actors. I may have to submit a 3rd request for Sandy Springs police stalking me at the grocery store just now and parking a few cars over from me to surveillance me their normal act of retaliation with the FBI. You would think they would leave me alone. NO, cause they have invested over a decade in targeting and harassing me which now includes torture.


⚖️ Why This Matters


Filing a FOIA request is not just paperwork. It’s an act of resistance.

When government agencies and law enforcement use their power to silence victims, suppress information, and cover up systemic abuse, the Freedom of Information Act is one of the few tools we have left. But when even filing that request triggers more harassment, it confirms what I’ve long feared:

They’re watching. They’re acting. And they think no one will believe me.

I’m sharing my story not for sympathy — but to document what’s happening, to shine a light, and to make sure there is a public record of what I'm living through. These FOIA requests are part of a larger fight for justice, safety, and truth.
