The bullying, intimidation and harassment by Seyfarth counsel for both Jackson National and xxxxxxxxxxxxxx continues to this day nonstop. The initial civil rights complaint was filed over 5500+ days ago. Their retaliation has crossed into criminal acts that have included state, county and local levers of the government. This blog will shed light on their alternative facts and fraud committed in and on the courts to rig a civil rights case and the federal complaint EEOC process to benefit the client's of Gerald L. Maatman Jr., who used fradulent payroll data to offer me his wife's birthday. After I declined the damage offer that was calculated using fradulent payroll data and submitted to the courts by Jackson National who I know as a fact committed perjury, both the financial firm and their counsel at Seyfarth Shaw proceeded to terrorize me nonstop. They were upset that a black female who they believe has no civil or constitutional rights pointed out their fraud to the Colorado US district court in Denver to both the judge and to my new counsel after being retained that was ignored.
